#58 The Apartment Lease Dispute

Robert and Da’Sha sign an extension to his apartment lease and two weeks later his landlord pretends like it never happened. Instead, the landlord wants to run background checks and collect application money. This is a violation of Arizona law and common sense and Robert takes it as a personal affront.
