Some very interesting stuff here. Got me thinking about my numerous failed attempts at losing the excess weight. This program just might be the answer.

Emily has some new ideas to help all of us who have weight issues. Her concepts are well researched and thought out. She has been on her own journey, and has found that most weight loss plans have a key component that is missing, and that is mindfulness. Mindfulness gives you the power to battle overeating, which can be a major problem for a lot of us. She gives me hope that this weight loss battle can be won. I will eagerly await the next podcast!
