Thank you for the show where you recommended weighted vests! I bought one for myself at Christmas and it has been amazing. I’ve been on a health and weight loss journey and am carrying the 14 pounds I lost on my weighted vest. Boy it feels good to take that vest off after a workout! Thank you!
