I loved the menu planning episode from your book and website I downloaded and printed past and current menus. I then put them in a binder and used them at the menu tasting for our wedding. When talking to a chef it made it easier to plan our menu because I could go back and forth between new menus and old menus. The chef was so surprised how prepared we were with our menu planning. Thank you for your book and everything you do.

this podcast is beyond amazing. Not only does it update regularly and give the best details ever, it is so easy to listen to that I essentially Listen to it nonstop on the daily (even though my Disney wedding is over lol). Carrie is extremely thorough and there is DETAIL here not just surface level. The advice is worth its weight in gold.
