73: When in Charlotte

The boys are finally recording together for episode seventy three of The Assemblage Beverage Podcast. Mason + Adam kicked off their weekend in Charlotte with a swing at TopGolf where friendly competition and laughter reigned supreme. They then indulged in an amazing dinner at Kindred, a multi-time James Beard Award Semifinalist restaurant. And if that wasn't enough, Mason showed off his grilling skills by smoking up some mouthwatering pork butt and ribs. Question of the Day: What would you recommend doing during a trip to Charlotte? Mason + Adam are out here enjoying the last of the summer, and they chat about something new that they have never spoken about before on air. On episode 71, they talk all things Sake, Soju and Shochu. They dive into how each of these are made and how they are best enjoyed. Mason shares notes about his Sake, and Adam starts stumbling over his words after a half bottle of Soju. Question of the Day: Do you prefer Sake, Shochu, or Soju and why? 70: Jade's WSET Diploma Journey (feat. Jade Palmer)

Jade Palmer, a WSET Diploma Candidate and Wine Educator joins Mason + Adam on episode 70. She dives into talking about her life before jumping head first into the world of wine, her experience studying for her WSET Diploma, and her love for cooking and baking. We talk about our biggest success in the kitchen and that one dish that constantly has us shaking our heads.
