Elimination Diet

This episode spoke to me in so many ways and have very similar issues. Went GF about 6 years ago and it has helped tremendously but still have some work to do. Limiting or cutting diary might be next or at least worth a try. It’s not easy to have to limit certain things in your diet but so worth it if it helps. Your reminder that it is worth it to feel better hit home.

Love this podcast because of Amanda’s genuine perspective and relatability. The diary episodes are my favorite because of how she relays the everyday stuff that we all deal with. She stands out as a podcast host in that way for me and hope the podcast continues!

Audio quality and coughing

This podcast is good, great guests and interviews but holy crap, the host coughs into the mic, her audio is all over the place. Her laugh is PIERCING. Her guests audio is always on another volume level than hers. It’s just messy. Please stop coughing and laughing loudly into to mic. You are literally blowing out peoples ears

I started listening to the podcast since early 2020 as a recommendation by LivingFitwithRiss who I follow and so glad I did! The content is so interesting and relevant to anyone interested in health and wellness. Amanda keeps the material relevant and provided humor along the way - not to mention her personal journey is so inspiring. I highly recommend this podcast!

I love this podcast! Amanda totally gets it. Her story completely resonates with me; I too have been overweight since childhood and have yo-yo’d for years. She’s so real and honest and it makes it easier for me just to know there are people out there that understand the struggle. Her upbeat attitude and humor keep me motivated and I’ve learned so much about fitness, nutrition, and the mental/psychological issues around being overweight. So glad I have Amanda’s podcast to help me on my journey! (23 pounds down since January ☺️40 to go!)
