David Myers lives in Los Angeles and has local fame for his work with restaurants like 'Hinoki + Bird' and 'Comme CA' but he got his nickname the Gypsy Chef because of his many restaurants around the world including Singapore, Tokyo, and Dubai. Well in 2020 the gypsy has come home and because of his limited ability to travel right now, he has decided to open an amazing new pop-up restaurant in Venice called the Adrift Burger Bar. In this episode, David talks about why he decided to open a new restaurant in only 30 days during 2020 when hundreds of other restaurants are closing.
