Phenomenal, real and informative stories of life with CI

This podcast is amazing. Brianne does a great job at conducting these interviews and welcoming people to share their deeply personal and often difficult stories. Navigating the diagnostic process and life with chronic illness is tough, and these interviews do a great job at sharing stories and realistic day to day experiences of people who live with CI. I’m just so happy this podcast exists and that I was lucky enough to have found it. It’s helped me to better articulate my own experience and to identify topics of conversation that I can have with people in my life when discussing CI. A great listen.

Great and honest interviews

Great and honest interviews that get at the heart of the very personal yet far reaching effects of chronic illness on folx' lives. The interviews are done with a strong ethic of care and each guest comes across as a true human and I absolutely love it
Best podcast on chronic illness!

I have multiple chronic illnesses and have listened to a TON of podcasts about CIs over the last year. NOES is by far my favorite. Are you looking for a CI podcast that focuses on the *reality* of living with CIs, stories that are super relatable, and 100% real talk? That *doesn’t* lean into the superficial, inspirational, spiritual, MLM, trying to sell you on courses/retreats/online seminars? By someone who deals with chronic illnesses themselves, understands that everyone has an experience that is unique to them, and isn’t trying to tell you how to cure/fix/be grateful for it? This podcast is it. Brianne’s style of interviewing cuts through any bs. Her personality is down to earth, she’s genuinely curious about her guests’ stories and experiences without constantly trying to find the silver lining or solutions like other podcasts tend to do. She asks such great questions, giving the guest all the room in the world to express themselves. Even when I don’t share the same diagnoses as a guest, I feel heard, feel like I’m in the room with them, in conversation with them. When I do happen to share a diagnosis with someone, I feel all those things even more. Bravo, Brianne. Thank you for the work you do!
