73: The difference between ‘I have to’ and ‘I choose to’ | #walkwithme

ALIVE by Design

“You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.” – Napoleon Hill

About This Episode:

We tell ourselves all the time that we ‘have to’ do this and ‘have to’ do that, but there are very few things in life that we really ‘have to’ do. There is an empowering shift when we realize there is nothing we HAVE to do, but instead is something we CHOOSE to do. In this #WalkWithMe episode, I talk about how we can take back our power in life when we see our actions as a choice, which helps shift us from ‘victim’ or ‘lack of responsibility’ mode, and into gaining more ownership and control over our lives. The ultimate shift: moving from ‘I choose to’ and into ‘I get to.’
