82. The Power of Intention (HTDWP)

In this episode, Lindsay and Danny talk about the power of intention. Although we may feel inclined to work extremely hard and hustle even harder to get the results we are looking for, that may not be the most sustainable way for change in the long term. 

Intentions are what allows you to make sustainable changes in your life, without feeling the burnout. Why? Because they are a reminder of why you are doing what you are doing in the first place. If you don't have proper intentions set in place, you can find yourself lost when things get difficult.
