Very informative and actually has me thinking about trying the switch for a week. She mentioned it can be gradual and I may be able to switch some things and maybe it leads to a full plant based diet. I am seeking ways to increase energy, nourish my body, be healthier and lose weight w/o counting calories. Plant based diet might be part of the plan. I appreciate you for sharing your knowledge.
