Wren is a local Asheville entrepreneur, bioregional chef, and community herbalist with expertise in creating conscious consumer experiences and stewarding dynamic spaces. 

She founded The NOHM Collective in 2015 to meet her community’s need for deeper connection, conscious consumption, and accessible self-care. Since then, The NOHM Collective has offered health and wellness services at events, hosted herbal education both in person and online, and installed alcohol-free bars across the U.S. and internationally in Costa Rica, Canada, and London.

More recently, Wren has focused on elixir mixology, launching The Mertails | Elixirs as Mixers, featured on non-alcoholic menus at select bars, breweries, and restaurants locally.
