I started listening to this podcast about 2 weeks ago and have not stopped yet. Dr. Baker’s positivity and her relatable presentation are off the charts amazing. I have shared this podcast with family and friends especially those prone to anxiety. I’m a huge fan of her humor and dad jokes ;). Thank you, Dr. Baker, for helping me notice the tone of voice in my head and the great examples of kind alternatives.

I just enjoyed Amber's recent interview, Part I., with former NHL goalie Clint Malarchuk and wife Joanie where they discuss Clint's life threateing injury and long and grueling battle with PTSC, ODC, Depression and Suicide. Dr. Baker does a splendid job of giving the guests freedom to share their life altering experiences dealing with seminal issues and how they were able to overcome them and rebuild their confidence via self love and the love of those they hold dear. Much needed and well done, Dr. Baker!
