Moving forward and feeling understood

This summer, I began researching how to get involved with an infertility support group— after my husband and I had been dealing with infertility for 12 years. We aren’t pursuing medical intervention. It is male factor infertility. We are not pursuing adoption at this time either. Our doctor explained that this is our only option if we want children. This has been such a heavy and isolating journey. And my husband and I are grieving at very different rates. For me, it’s been a long grieving process, which I’ve mainly dealt with on my own. So far, I haven’t found a support group, but I discovered Jenica’s podcast! I was reaching for someone who could relate to me and my situation. And although my husband and I are not considering adoption right now, I know we are moving forward in a positive direction for us and our marriage. Jenica’s podcast quickly became one of my favorites as it offered joy, hope and an insurmountable amount of understanding of my situation— one that many couples deal with yet are left with few resources for coping with this kind of loss. As a listener, I would very much like to hear an episode in which you share insight for those of us couples who are unsure about moving forward with adoption and who are considering to be content as a married couple without children. And I realize that this topic may seem like an odd fit for your podcast, but for many of us who cannot have kids, no matter what, there is still room for us in the conversation. Thank you for all that you do, Jenica. Bless you!
Really no actual information to help

This is more her boasting her support group and working on mental health, not giving information about how to physically help infertility issues.

First off, thank you for creating this podcast and sharing your journey with all of us. I have been listening to you for over a year now. At first, I found this podcast to make me very sad and remind me of my infertility struggles. But after sticking with it and listening to every episode, you have showed me that I’m not alone! This podcast is so positive, inspiring, and uplifting. It is exactly what I needed. I also am SUPER excited about what is in store for the private podcast. Thank you again for making a huge impact on my life! Makenzie Stroup

With all that infertility can bring: loneliness, uncertainty, isolation and so so so on… this podcast gives SO much validation, knowledge, mindset, motivation, understanding, as well as the feeling that we’ve got this! :) I’ve since started working with Jenica and it has truly been invaluable! Thank you!!
