In deepening my understanding of my own psychology, I’m deeply drawn to explorers that bring scientific understanding, paired with human empathy, to the ideas that they’ve found, and Jaclyn not only does these, but does it in a plainspoken way that brings you along for the journey. Paired with the fact that she doesn’t hold back when it comes to sharing her own struggles, she guides you through somatics in a way that’s down-to-earth

Jaclyn is a pro— the way she explains the science is clear and spot on, plus I love her fun & authentic personality. Thank you Jaclyn for sharing this essential knowledge!
