Rydym hefyd yn trafod llwybrau unigryw i gael gweithio yn y mynyddoedd i greu bywoliaeth, a pham fod diwylliant ac iaith yn teimlo’n hollol anwahanadwy oddi wrth yr awyr agored. Mynegai Gerwyn ei farn ar bwysigrwydd arddull gynhwysol a chynrychioladol pan mae hi’n dod at yr iaith, yn enwedig yn y diwydiant awyr agored. “Mae’r ffaith fod yr iaith Gymraeg yna yn bwysig fel bod pobl yn ei gweld hi..
