This podcast is amazing!! It is a treasure for parents and athletes. I started listening to help my u14 athlete and I cannot say thank you enough for all the tips I always get from the podcast. Riley is awesome. I follow her on social media and she has always responded to my questions.

I started listening for tips on how to help support my U11 son’s fueling, but after listening, found so much that resonated with me as well. Reilly is accessible, realistic, & positive, as are her guests. Highly recommend this podcast for all parents of young athletes!
Great Resource and Great Information

I work in a collegiate Sports Medicine setting and this has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. It’s not a heavy academic podcast which is a nice change. It keeps the science simple and the recommendations doable. I have even recommended it to some of the athletes that I work with!
