But what I recognized through conversation with other colleagues is that there are systems that do have readiness for this, and that the reality in which I was living was not the reality everywhere. So I needed to stop turning the blame on myself and saying, you have a gift to share. The fact that it's not being received here doesn't mean that it's unworthy or that you're unworthy.
