#85 with Josh Sillitoe Staying in Trouble

Josh Sillitoe is a certified therapist here in Southern Nevada. He was a guest on our show in episodes 45 & 69. He discussed some of the issues people are facing and gave us suggestions to help us through these difficult times. This episode is no different, Josh tackled the very hard subject of losing a loved one. The death toll from this pandemic has increased over the last couple of months, nationwide. There are many saying good-bye to loved ones for the last time. This is not an easy subject to get into, but Josh gives us some great insight into how we can manage and find peace within ourselves. If you have lost a loved one, our thoughts are with you, we know it isn’t easy. Adam & Eric always enjoy having Josh on the show and are grateful for his time. This will be our last episode of 2020, Adam & Eric will be taking the rest of the year off to spend time with family during this holiday season. We hope you are doing the same.
