Elizabeth Friedman is a licensed mental health counselor in New York. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, ADHD, and interpersonal skills. She loves to use humor and weird analogies when talking about life hacks for mental health. Elizabeth is a new mom and is passionate about all things health related.
