A Candid Conversation about Mental Health

In this episode of our podcast, we discuss mental health in the African American community. Mental illness can affect anyone, but African Americans face unique challenges when seeking help. We explore the role of the Black Church in mental health treatment and the important work of Taraji P. Henson and her Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation, which provides mental health resources for the African American community. Our goal is to raise awareness, break down stigmas, and offer mental health resources to those who need them.
