    • Entrepreneurship

This week we sit down with Kirk Souder, Leadership for Impact Coach at enso. Kirk is co-founder at enso, creating positive impact at scale with visionary brands. Kirk’s background is distinct from most leadership coaches with vast business experience prior to deep education and training in leadership coaching. Kirk’s business and entrepreneurial leadership spans 25 years of successful enterprises. He’s held roles as Chief Creative Officer, Partner, and President/CEO of 400+ people agencies, and been founder of vanguard creative shops. He’s built award-winning creative cultures in New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Shanghai, with clients like Nike, Disney, Virgin, Visa, Google, The White House, and Obama for America.

Kirk coaches high-impact leaders to find their greatest possibility in authentic leadership, purpose, and impact. Kirk is a pioneer in purpose mindset workshop design and facilitation. It was in the midst of his own arc toward purpose, seeing he could have exponentially more impact by coaching other leaders toward that northstar, Kirk went to grad school in 2004 for a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology, and added extensive professional coaching training in technologies like Three Principles, Soul Centered Coaching, and Success Intelligence. Kirk is also a certified graduate of the University of Santa Monica’s Soul Centered Coaching Program. This combination of real world business experience and graduate level coaching education creates an integrated skill set rare in today’s leadership coaches and uniquely suited for today’s purpose-oriented organizations.
