    159. Christel Snelson // Infertility and Intercession

    159. Christel Snelson // Infertility and Intercession

Christel Snelson is a wife and mother and believes in the power of prayer.  If her journey with the Holy Spirit had a theme it would be, "Nothing is ever wasted". Every season has been purposed into the life she now leads. She and her husband, James, are parents to Emme and Ruby, their 16 year-old miracle twins. The joy of serving Moms in the Making through intercessory prayer is the perfect bookend to a story that included long years of disappointment from infertility.
Christel continues to walk out her life-long calling as a science teacher, now in the homeschool arena. She writes STEAM education resources for families through her company Smart Peg Learning. She'll never quit being passionate about fostering inquiry and teaching kids how to investigate and explore the wonder of God's creation.
After 25 years of life in big-city Austin and Dallas, the Snelson family now lives in Christel's small hometown, Abilene, TX. No one is more surprised than Christel.
Tune into this episode as Christel shares her testimony of overcoming infertility and the power of intercession!

erinrudd ,

Your my 1st review ever!!

I am not sure how I came across your podcast in the first place. I listened to one and thought it was good but didn’t leave me wanting more. (Just being real) I believe I had subscribed to your podcast initially, so your show would still pop up. I decided to try again and maybe something you said made me go all the way back to the beginning. So I began with #1! I loved hearing about the connection you have with Jessica and that made you start this podcast together! I love a Holy Spirit connection story! I loved y’all’s (yes I’m from the other Carolina, NC)conversations together! I’m not sure if reviews are supposed to be this long, but I am all in now. Andrew Wommack has had a huge impact on my life as well. A friend suggested I read his book “A better way to pray” and that lead me to his teachings and the Lord has used him in my life.
You will say things that the Lord has shown you and He has shown me as well, but they are not the normal Christian’s sayings. The first thing was when referring to Holy Spirit you don’t have to put a “the” in front of Holy Spirit, just say Holy Spirit. The second is the power of our words. Don’t say my anxiety, you can say I am feeling anxious but that anxiety is not yours. And don’t say my cancer, you can say I’ve been diagnosed with cancer but I’m standing on God’s word that I am healed! The third thing is, is inner healing. I love to talk about, learn about and do anything inner healing. I’ve loved all the episodes you have done with Colby and his healing journey and how transparent y’all have been! Keep speaking Truth Caroline!

FIRE!

Definitely one of my favorite and most shared podcasts! No matter what season you’re in, Caroline share biblical truths in such an easy to understand way that makes tough subjects more approachable. I love how spirit led the episodes are but also how she shares so many scripture references. Each episode truly blesses me and fills me with so much hope and joy. I look forward to each new episode!! THANK YOU!

Just Wow!

I am struggling to find the correct words, but I just LOVE this podcast. No matter the season, if I listen in order or out of order, it’s always what I need to hear. Thank you for spreading hope even in the toughest times! 💜
