Thank you Jamie. This has been a most interesting lesson in American History. The stuff I never learned in school is presented in a very understandable way. It’s amazing to see how we got where we are and insight to where we are headed.

A Brit Doing US History?

Jamie is an excellent podcaster and researcher. He also has a fun Twitter feed. A History of the United States is an excellent podcast. Do you remember the American history you learned in school? Basically, Step 1: Jamestown Sept 2: ??? Step 3: Civil WAAARRRRRR!!!! Well Mr. Redfern will fill you in on all the exciting things that happened in the British colonies that eventually threw off the chains of monarchy and became the first truly free people. He's still in the colonial era and I love each episode. He's doing a great job describing the various American Indian groups that make up our great country too!
