In June of 2022 the American Academy of Pediatrics updated their safe sleep guidelines. These updates included discussions on weighted sleep sacks, room sharing, SIDS monitoring devices and more. Naturally, I invited Holly Choi of Safe Beginnings on to talk with us about these updates!
