Our Daughter Was Scared Of The Dark - Here's What We Did
Over the last month as Halloween decorations became more widespread, our oldest daughter Ellie (7yo) started to carry those scary images in her mind to bed. This, combined with some school anxiety plus her distractions in her room caused her to at times not fall asleep until 10PM, and even one time catch her reading at midnight!!

Continues to be helpful as my daughter grows
We started with Becca’s sleep e coaching when my daughter was 4 months old; she is now going to be 7 months old in a few days. She went from waking every 1-2 hours all night and 30 minute naps to sleeping 12 hours a night with one night feed and having longer naps, and it only took two nights with the training. Her podcast has been so helpful to continue maintaining healthy sleeping habits for our little one, as well as helping us as parents in different areas such as feeding, discipline, skin care, language skills, etc. the episodes about toddler sleep are helping me prepare for the future, as well! I listen to the podcast daily and sometimes repeat episodes when they apply to my current situation (short naps, daycare naps, and early morning wakings anyone?) I am so thankful to Becca and her team!
I am a first time mother to identical twins!! I started listening to her podcast when my girls hit their 4 month regression! I ended up purchasing her course and my girls are sleeping 12 hours🤩🤩 I love listening to this podcast and hearing others story’s as well. Can definitely gain a lot of knowledge listening!!
