Si Cregan chats with life long friend and shop client Aaron Dempsey of Crumlin Boxing Club. Aaron talks about his almost 25 year association with boxing and the club from his amateur days to coaching present day including his victorious bout in 1998 with future world champion Paulie Malignaggi. With some great anecdotal stories and nostalgia it's well worth a listen.
