Waking up from your small ego self is no walk in the park.  After all, you've spent your entire life identifying with it.  Accepting this inevitable transformation will make your life much easier than resisting it at every turn.

Today let's go through the general concept of spiritual awakening, and journey away from the world of form into the mystical side of life.  We'll begin with the shift out of the ego, the fear that naturally arises, and the spiritual doorway that opens inviting you into a larger field of consciousness.

The more you experience your spiritual self and the limitless, all-encompassing power behind it, the more comfortable and familiar this new way of life will be.  The fear will slowly diminish, the ego will settle down, and you will become the bridge between the spiritual realm and this dual world of form.
