I enjoy the podcast and the discussion between Dr Wiles and Dr McKeown. I have been fascinated with breath work and related techniques to optimize mental and physical performance ever since discovering Wim Hof years ago. This podcast takes it to the next level and their evidence based approach with bio feedback via the Hanu platform takes it to the next level. I’m stoked to get my Hanu in the next couple weeks!
