Activate News - New Dealer Announcement: Stratford Farm Equipment

We're excited to announce that Stratford Farm Equipment has chosen our Activate Customers solution to support their inspection and service excellence program.  With 5 locations in Ontario, Stratford sells and services CaseIH, Bobcat, and Krone equipment.

In a recent conversation Matt Brown, Stratford’s Parts Manager, shared with us that the Activate solution was selected because he believes it’s a great way to increase service sales and better communicate with the customer. Matt also noted that Activate will help them be more proactive in identifying and addressing customer equipment needs before they turn into emergency repairs.
