CLANCY BROWN!!!
04/15/2024
I listened to this riveting podcast to hear the performance of my favorite actor CLANCY BROWN! Unfortunately Clancy turns out not to be the main villain. Honestly all the cast did an amazing job, I came to really like the character Phil while Damien held the story together. I felt like Miranda and Phil sounded too similar and it was hard to tell them apart. The story is very relevant and intriguing in our current days of AI. Still, I felt it somehow didn’t push far enough in the way of intellectual discussion. It kind of switched genres in the middle and went from Sci-Fi to Thriller. I don’t usually listen to podcasts, I’m an audiobook girl so I was pleasantly surprised with how gripping and suspenseful this was. It felt the same like watching a tv show. If you like Minority Report, 2001 or For All Mankind you might like this.
Great series, but I'd stop early...
12/23/2024
I'd recommend listening to this limited series. Sure, it can move a little faster than reality, but the story does still hold well enough to keep one's attention. But, there's a catch... I'd also recommend stopping after episode 8 "The Nest", and not listen to episode 9 "Prologue". The series would have been so much better if there wasn't that last few minutes, or if perhaps it played out slightly differently. Just a simple short story of a news broadcast to sum everything up would have been perfect, in my opinion. Because the interaction and dialogue at the end, just was such a disappointment that wasn't even needed. I know the story doesn't need a pretty little bow tied around it, will endings and explanations for everything. But the ending, especially the VERY end was so unreal, I t made me regret poking this podcast.
A Must Listen!!! Waiting on Season 2

I love audio dramas and this one is excellent. The topic is very relevant and the voice acting stellar. I’m really looking forward to season 2.
Content Warning Needed
11/18/2023
This is a riveting story, but it needs to have a content warning included in each episode description. It deals with some very heavy content (SA, child endangerment, etc) that can be difficult for some people to unexpectedly listen to.
