To kick things off Bex chatted to Adam Kay to talk about his brand new book Dextor Proctor The 10 Year Old Doctor which is a hilarious new medical mystery series which demystifies the secrets medicine and hospitals 

Bex also speaks to Sally Gardner all about Pernickety Boo which is the story of a very unusual umbrella brought to life by a careless sorcerer which  possesses an impressive array of magical powers (including time travel!)

Next up is Skye Mckenna joins us to chat all about the latest book in her Hedgewitch series - Seawitch where Cassie needs to earn her Sapling pin to get one step closer to passing her Witch's Licence and to do this, she's set a challenge- but the newest member of her coven is not what she expected.

And to complete this bumper episode Bex spoke to Molly Arbuthnott who tells us all about her series of animal books including Peanut the Hamster & Oscar The Ferry Cat to name a couple and how real life animals have shaped her stories
