    We Back!!!!

    We back people!!! A lot of you have been asking for me to come back, a lot of you haven't...too bad!!  This episode is just a short welcome back.  A little of what I've been up to and what took so long.  Also talk about changes in my life, taking chances and also some of my own insecurities.  You may not have the same ones but I'm sure you can relate!!  Give a listen, you'll enjoy it.

    Dear Mama...

    In this episode I interview my biggest role model...my mother.  She made me who I am.  She fought her whole life to give me better.  I wanted to take the time to give her some shine.  Let other people understand how amazing she really is.  She's also funny and takes no shit.  What else would make a better interview!!  Give a listen and maybe you can understand why I am who I am...whether you think it's good or bad!!  I love you Mama!!!!

    Like a boss...

    In this episode I wanted to focus on a boss bit*h, so I went to one I knew.  My friend Darcy is CEO and founder of a fitness studio called Higher Ground Fitness.  She's also a mom, a wife, a step mom and SO many other things.  I wanted to know how she juggles it all, and how she got where she is.  She had so many levels I couldn't stop digging deeper.  Listen to be inspired, amazed and thoroughly entertained!!!!

    Black and Yellow...Black and Yellow

    Black and Yellow together again!!  With all the Anti Asian hate going on I reached out to a long time friend to get his thoughts and feelings about everything.   I wanted to see how much race has played a part in his life.  What has he dealt with?? What has he had to overcome? Is there a difference in Asian racism vs Black racism??  I was surprised at our different experiences.  We also delve into him being adopted by white parents and what that was like growing up.  My boy has a beautiful story and I'm honored he let me help him tell it.  Take a listen, you'll be entertained and surprised!!!!

    How are we parents??

    Parenting amirite...so this is our parenting journey.  We're talking about my wife's pregnancy and all the fun that it entailed.  We also reflect on being parents for a year, and keeping this kid alive!!  We'll give you the ups, downs and how we truly felt through all of it.  Whether you're a parent or not this will certainly entertain you.  Plus...my wife is here with me, who doesn't love that!!!

    2020 in my words...Finally!!!

    Here's a quick look back on a crazy year!! I touch on all the hot button topics that consumed us last year.  Also what went on with me personally.  I added some content that I think was pertinent to the year!  It may be 2021 but 2020 still need my opinion.  Better late then never. Let's gooooo!!

    Addiction

    In this episode I wanted to dive into addiction.  I've battled with it through gambling so I wanted to talk about my struggles cause I feel like it's something everyone can relate to.  If you haven't had any first hand problems with addiction I'm sure you know someone!  I also brought on a friend to talk about substance addiction who is in recovery now.  We talk about his ups and downs with addiction.  Also what recovery looks like and how to go about getting to that place.  Give it a listen, share it, or reach out to someone that might take something out of it!

    Wel"fair"

    In this episode we take a dive into the Welfare system.  Who uses it, who abuses it and how the system actually works.  This subject came up from conversations about welfare withe some friends.  As someone who grew up on it I felt like I didn't truly even know the details and numbers.  Once I started to dig into it I learned more and more, so figured it would be good to educate us all on it!!  Even if you think you know about it, I'm sure you'll learn something too!

    Relationship Goals

    In this episode I introduce you to my wife.  We talk about how we met.  How we got together and how we're out here crushing marriage.  We point out our keys to a successful marriage/relationship.  The things that work for us, and what we hope works for you. If you're in a relationship or not there's definitely plenty for you to relate to.  If you're not really into that it will certainly make you laugh at least!!!

    My First Father's Day

    This is a little introduction to me and what my first Father's day was like.  As a new dad who didn't have a dad it brought up all kinds of emotions so I  thought I'd take a minute to talk to all fathers out there (especially the ones that didn't have one)!
