Advance Care Planning

This continuing medical education program will discuss the various aspects of Advance Care planning. First, we will review definitions and the history and evolution of Advance Care Planning and Advance Directives. We will go through several landmark legal cases that have shaped Advance Care Planning. We will also review practical tools for these discussions and resources to discuss Advance Care Plans and complete Advance Directives.
