After Impact

The story is very atmospheric. The voice acting is very good. There is a bit in the 4th episode (I think?) where the main character is grumbling about the situation and just - I really felt I was there with them! I do like stories where the protagonist is opening the magic box and moving from mystery to mystery. There was a lot of satisfaction for listeners who like that. The framing of the story was very exciting too, takes and written memos. I did find the introduction of the thotbot program to be unnecessarily delayed. It seemed that the first episode danced around what is a trivial detail. This happened a lot in the first two episodes. I wonder if that put off other listeners who then didn't finish the series. Characters often repeated words and used words outside what dialog indicated they would use. Overall I would recommend the show listeners who like young adult sci-fi with a mystery. Especially if they like 1st person narrative and sound effects.
