She has 20 years of IT project management for household names such as Delta Airlines, Deloitte, and the federal government and an MBA in Global Technology Management and a master’s certificate in Project Management. She’s also taught project management at universities and organizations across the globe including in India and Dubai. Tamara is also a speaker and career and personal development coach who is driven by her personal mission to eliminate the wage gap of Black women earning 67 cents for every dollar paid to a white man.
