I absolutely love all of your content! I am always educating myself while I am on a walk through podcasts and your show always has wonderful golden nuggets of information for me that are so relevant in my stage of life. I appreciate your helpful hints for slowing down the aging process and I adore that you are a fellow Jesus lover so I know your content will always be aligned with my beliefs. I stumbled across Lisa's podcast about 4 months ago and how happy I was when I did!! The valuable content regarding nutrition and hormones is something you'd pay THOUSANDS for!(I know) and the fact that Lisa's faith is the CENTER of it all,keeps me listening and sharing..and learning, not only about hormones and menopause , but how to have faith in the God that made us and wants abundance for us in so may forms!! Thank you Lisa for bringing your knowledge AND faith twice a week!!
