"What we think is what we become"

I like to share my experiences and lessons learned as an IT Professional. I have been in the IT industry for over 20+ years playing various roles such as software QC Engineer, Automation Engineer, QA Manager, Program Manager, Program Director, and an Agile Coach. While playing the role of an Agile Coach, I realized that I can apply the Agile philosophy used in developing software projects and products into day-to-day life as well. This helped me become a Confidence Coach where I would be coaching to realize one's dreams being self-confident.

In this episode, I have shared one of my experiences, where I was taken by surprise when I was not considered for the next level in the hierarchy in my career. My confidence and capabilities were put to test, where I had to prove myself that I could do it!

I realized that it is the growth mindset that is required to know our own abilities.  I believe that our stories (both, success and failure) can help others in taking insights and get lessons, without re-inventing the wheel!

I would be able to help anyone who is keen on learning from others' experiences to get your dreams to come true!
