Ah, the Wedding Cake Decision: Part 1

Guest and professionals would both agree that the cost of wedding cake is relevant to the experience expectation. Cut corners and your guests are probably going to notice. At the expense of quality, a bride and groom might choose savings as their most pressing decision breaker, but not all cakes are created equal;  we'll learn in this podcast, which highlights three of my encounters with bride's cake fiascoes,  what it cost them ultimately to chose discounted bakers who worked from their kitchen tables, that didn't have the relevant experience in baking wedding cake.
