I have been listening to talks and practicing meditation of the Thai forest tradition for about a year now. Recordings of Ajahn Sumedho and Ajahn Amaro’s teachings are conversational and warm—but they are also deeply profound. The impact of this dhamma on my inner life has been so positive. I act and think with more ease and compassion today, which benefits not only myself but my family and co-workers as well. I appreciate the simplicity and clarity of the teachings—I use them in my daily life and find ever deepening relief as I learn to more fully trust in Awareness. Many, many thanks 🙏
