Excellent podcast! I have been working on shedding my perfectionist “all or nothing” thinking when it comes to my weight loss and health goals. This podcast helped me recognize I can shed that thinking when it comes to alcohol, too. It feels empowering and calming to know I can make lasting changes meeting myself where I am now.

From reading her book, to listening to many of Molly’s podcasts, coupled with her coaching programs, and having some one on one coaching personally from her - I truly have shifted my beliefs in myself, am learning to recognize thoughts as neutral or not even true, (my skewed perception of things) working to retrain how I respond to those thoughts - urges, practicing new beliefs., and the list goes on - learning to appreciate myself more - really working daily - practicing and more practice - all from these great weekly inspirations, and knowledge Molly provides! Simply amazing stuff! Love her introducing us to all these other great professional wellness practioners, sharing experiences and expertise in, making all feel we really can find the change we so long for!! It is spilling over into other areas of my life which is also an added benefit! Thanks Molly You are so busy in your own life and yet you take time out weekly to share with us and help us become the best we can be, with out shame or judgement!!

So many podcasts are full of fluff, but not this one. If you’ve ever thought “I know drinking less is good, but it’s hard”, then this is for you. Molly makes it understandable and actionable, which is to me, the secret sauce!

I’ve been listening to this podcast and have found Molly to be very informative about what the use of alcohol does to your body. It has also helped to reduce my consumption of alcohol. Her advice on how to minimize alcohol use is very helpful and helped me to minimize my drinking from nightly to very seldom. I highly recommend it.
