Hero’s willingness to talk openly about her mental health issues, and bring in a space for many other people and professionals to go through the varied issues of being human, really resonate with me and can help feel like ok you are not the only one. It’s so important to destigmatize the issues we all face. Love this podcast.

This podcast has quickly become an absolute favorite. As someone who has also endured an eating disorder and everything that goes along with it, I finally feel seen.

Since Hero said she knows nothing about it, she should read Alexa’s very credible and believable story in its entirety. Really sad to listen to her guest chuckle while dismissing a woman’s real pain as “bad press” in which a man got “me too’d”
