In a Podcast about "nothing," but seemingly about "everything," husband and wife Lane and Lani (Lane-E) discuss topics of everyday life. Politics and religion are the only topics that remain off the table, but all matters of human life, behaviors, passions, idiosyncrasies and quirks, fads, life events, matters of the heart, plus any topics that our listeners send in to hear Lane and Lani's take on, are discussed until material is exhausted. But don't worry, it's entertaining too!**Adult only/vulgar language**

Anxiety
We are revisiting this ever-present topic that is all so familiar in so many people's lives. We discuss our bouts with it and discuss how we deal with our own anxieties. What is "healthy" anxiety? When does anxiety rule your life? What are some ways to deal with the mild to severe forms of anxiety?
We can only speak on this subject based on our personal experiences, but we hope that it helps you either feel justified in some of your undesirable parts about yourself. Enjoy. -
Fears
On this episode we talk about a few fears. Fears of ours that are more than just topical in nature, but more of the ones that are always, constantly going on in the back of your mind. Fears that drive you. Fears that motivate you. Fears that you work very hard to never let come to fortition. We're sure that they are not only relatable to just us. Give it a listen and see how they size up to the deep fears that you have. Enjoy.

Small Business Etiquette...on YOUR end!
Ever dealt with small business? Ever tried to negotiate with a small business person? Ever treated someone in a small business with disrespect? Maybe you weren't aware that you even did?
We have a few tid-bits of knowledge to remember when dealing with small business, and maybe some horror stories to include as examples, sure!
Enjoy!

Medical Data with Erica Wheeler
Functional Therapist Erica Wheeler joins us again, since the pandemic, to discuss some interesting things that not everyone may be aware or will not accept. We also discuss the plastics that we are subject to and how they affect testosterone in men. We also delve into hormones in our tap water, pesticides in food, prescribing a drug versus going after the root cause of most medical issues, and oh yes, the male "taint."
