Season 2 Episode #39 Guest With Namuuna

Send us a text Episode 39 — Season 2: Confidence, Courtside, and Careers In this episode, I sit down with a professional sports doctor whose career is as dynamic as the athletes she works with. She’s part of the MNBA League team, standing just behind the court during every game, making sure players are healthy, focused, and ready to perform. At the same time, she manages her own hospital — proof of how much she’s mastered the art of balance. With a master’s degree in sports surgery, she has carved out her place in a field that is still heavily male-dominated, making her journey all the more inspiring. We start by stepping into her daily routine — the hidden side of professional basketball most people never see. From long practices to last-minute injuries, she gives us an inside look at what it’s like to be the doctor athletes rely on. But her story doesn’t just start courtside. She takes us back to her childhood, her high school years, and her experiences living abroad, sharing the choices and challenges that led her to medicine in the first place. From there, we dive deeper — into love, relationships, and mental health. She speaks openly about what it’s like to face pressure not only in her career but also in her personal life as a woman navigating society’s expectations. We talk about confidence, independence, and the real key to carrying yourself with strength. She even shares how she deals with the darker side of being a public figure — handling bullying, criticism, and the challenges of social interaction while still showing up with grace. Our conversation doesn’t shy away from the bigger picture either. We touch on the differences between men and women in today’s world, the cultural shifts shaping our society, and the environmental factors that influence how we live and think. This episode is layered with professional insight, personal stories, and raw honesty. I won’t spoil it all, but if you’ve ever wondered what it takes to succeed in a high-pressure, male-dominated field while staying true to yourself — this one’s for you. Season 2 Episode #38 Guest With Tenuno

Send us a text Episode 38 – From Injury to Inspiration This week, I sit down with a professional dancer who has been in motion since the age of six. As a longtime member of the MoonDance group, she’s dedicated nearly 20 years to her craft — a journey filled with passion, discipline, and an unshakable love for dance. We talked about her daily lifestyle as a dancer, how it all started in childhood, and the way dance has shaped every chapter of her life. She shared the beautiful highs of representing our country on the world stage — not just once, but multiple times, which is an incredible honor in itself. And she also spoke about the painful lows — like the devastating injury that struck just before the World Championship. In this conversation, she opens up about how she survived that moment: the physical recovery, the emotional rollercoaster, and the mental battles that nearly broke her. And most importantly, how she turned that pain into strength and found her way back. Our discussion didn’t stop at dance. We went deeper into life itself — from environmental issues and society, to the complexities of relationships between men and women, to the struggles of navigating phases in life that aren’t always easy or happy. She spoke honestly about the lessons she’s learned, the resilience she’s built, and how she carries it all into her art. One of the most striking parts of our talk was her describing what it feels like to step onto the stage — the nerves, the weight of representing her country, and then the flood of emotions that rush in once the performance ends. This episode is more than just a story about dance — it’s about survival, healing, and rediscovering purpose when life knocks you down. Season 2 Episode #37 Guest With Boloroo

Send us a text Episode 37 — Rising Above: A Champion’s Journey On and Off the Court In this episode, I sit down with a powerhouse: a professional women’s basketball player who just won the 2025–2026 Women’s League Championship and is now representing our country on the world stage. What makes her story even more incredible? She’s only 18/19 years old — a true rising star already making her mark. On top of that, she’s also a university student — balancing lectures, assignments, and exams with the intense grind of pro sports. We start by diving into her daily and weekly routines, where basketball is always at the center but studying sneaks in between practices, late-night workouts, and team travels. She’s still adjusting to student life, which makes her story even more relatable and inspiring. And not only can she dominate in traditional 5x5 games, but she also shines in 3x3 basketball — a rare skill that sets her apart. One of the most powerful parts of our conversation is her journey through injury and recovery. She opens up about the exact moment she got the news, the heartbreak of stepping away from the court, the surgery, and the long healing process. Hearing how she handled it — physically, mentally, and spiritually — is raw and moving. You can almost feel what it was like for her to lace up again and take that first step back onto the court. From there, we flow into the other layers of her life — love, mental health, relationships, and the environment she’s building around herself. It’s not just about basketball; it’s about resilience, identity, and carving out your own path as a young woman chasing big dreams. This episode is a mix of grit, vulnerability, and inspiration. I think you’ll feel every bit of her energy and honesty. 4. Season 2 Episode #36 Guest With Tsotan

Season 2 Episode #36 Guest With Tsotan

Send us a text Episode 36 – From Words to Worlds: Life in Draft Mode In this episode, I sit down with an incredibly talented guest — a freelance copywriter specializing in movies, a poet, a movie producer, and the admin of the Phoenix Tsotan’s Diary Facebook page. She wears so many hats it’s almost unfair. We kicked things off with her brand-new daily routine as she dives into the freelance writing world — a lifestyle that’s as exciting as it is unpredictable. From there, we went way back into her childhood memories: what kind of kid she was, how she first realized she was good at writing, and the moment she thought, Maybe I could even act… or produce movies. Our talk then branched into society, the environment, and how people engage with one another. We explored why she chose her profession as a political scientist  and how her university years shaped the way she thinks. She also opened up about why she started writing in-depth reviews of movies and books — something she’s practically mastered at this point. One of the deepest parts of our conversation was about mental health — the struggles, the lessons, and how her journey to Japan became a turning point during a battle with depression. She spoke openly about her experiences there, and the kind of self-discovery that only comes when you’re far from home and forced to face yourself. Of course, we couldn’t skip talking about love. Her perspective on relationships between men and women was refreshingly honest, and one story stuck with me: “Even if there’s no one to love you, you can still love yourself. You can even hug yourself.” Beautiful. We wrapped up with her future plans, dreams, bucket list goals, and some wild “what-if” questions that led us into pure imagination territory. This episode is a mix of personal stories, societal insight, and those little moments that make you stop and think. Press play — I think you’re going to love it as much as I did. Season 2 Episode #35 Guest With Ami

Send us a text Episode 35: Real Talk — Daily Life, Society’s Truths & What’s Really Going On We kick it off with a guy who’s been dropping reels every day — day 230 out of 365 — keeping it 100% honest about his life, no filters, no BS. People watch because he’s not afraid to show the good, the bad, and the ups and downs parts of everyday life. Our chat flows into his childhood and high school, where he shares what shaped him — the dreams, struggles, and moments that made him who he is. Then, we get real about society: the good vibes like community, creativity, and people trying to be authentic; but also the dark sides — fake flex culture, jealousy, constant comparison, and how social content sometimes feeds into all that. We roast and call out the social media scene for being both a platform for expression and a trap of shallow validation. We also touch on some heavy, complicated government issues that affect everyday people but often get ignored or misunderstood. On the chill side, he’s passionate about poetry, movies, and chess — little escapes and ways to think differently in a world that’s often overwhelming. We also dive deep into his mind about humanity and society — how different people experience life in wildly different ways, the gaps that separate us, and the urgent need for environmental justice. He shares thoughts on how we, as human beings, are connected yet divided, and why taking care of our planet and each other is more important than ever. And of course, we get into relationships — how men and women’s mindsets clash and connect, the complexities of love and friendship, and how society shapes our ideas about all of it. No sugarcoating — just a deep, honest conversation about life’s real struggles and joys, and what it all means in today’s world. Season 2 Episode #34 Guest With AnkhZaya

Send us a text Episode 34 – “Writer of Her Own Story” In this episode, I sit down with a writer and content creator whose work feels both grounded and quietly powerful. She’s part of UB Life, a startup that creates relatable, creative content for our generation — from “what song are you listening to?” to “what’s your all-time favorite movie?” (aka my personal fave kind of storytelling). We talk about her daily routine, what drives her work, and the joy she finds in creating content that connects. The conversation naturally flows into her childhood — the sweet and the tough parts — and how that led her to study psychology in university. She also opens up about writing her very first book at just 16 (!!), her love for music, and how journaling and storytelling became tools of survival and self-expression. We dive into her personal relationship with mental health — including the ups and downs, anxiety, depression, and how she’s moved through those hard chapters (and sometimes still is). This convo felt like peeling back the layers of someone who’s been quietly paying attention to the world — and now, she’s choosing to speak back. From being a woman to being human, to the messy stuff in between — it’s all here. 7. Season 2 Episode #33 Guest With Muur.Eej

    JUL 25

    Season 2 Episode #33 Guest With Muur.Eej

Send us a text EP 33 — “Muur.Eej: Nails, Nostalgia & Navigating Womanhood” In this episode, I’m joined by one of the most uniquely inspiring women I’ve ever had the chance to sit down with — Muur.Eej, also known as who is nail. While many know her for her stunning nail art, she’s honestly so much more than just her craft. She’s a makeup artist, clothing designer, storyteller, and a quietly powerful presence in every room she walks into. On top of all that? She’s one of the kindest, warmest, and chillest people you could ever meet — the kind of guest that makes time feel slower in the best way. We started off with her childhood memories — soft at first, then deeper. Her reflections brought us into moments that shaped her identity, her art, and her way of looking at life. From there, the convo naturally flowed into her creative world: how she started doing nails, the inspiration behind her designs, and the journey of building her own lane for over six years. But this isn’t just about nails — it’s about finding freedom in creativity, and trusting your eye and your instinct. Later in the episode, we opened up the conversation about womanhood — from marriage to being single, from partnership to independence. She shared her honest takes on being a wife, maybe being solo, and all the quiet emotions that come with both. And yes, we also asked the big questions about men: why are they so silent? So distant? So uninterested? It was real, honest, and also kinda funny in that “we’ve all been there” kind of way. As always, we circled back to the themes that live at the heart of this podcast — growing, grieving, finding yourself, and figuring it all out along the way. But this time, the story felt extra personal. Muur.Eej is one of those rare people who speaks gently but leaves a strong impact. You can feel her energy through every word. If you’re into those slow, intentional conversations that make you feel seen — this one’s for you. Listen in and get cozy. This episode stays with you, long after it ends. Season 2 Episode #32 Guest With thekane__

Send us a text EPISODE 32 — “The Guy Behind TheKane” one of the very few male voices this season. and it hits different. This episode feels a little different — in the best way. My guest is one of the very few men I’ve had on this season, and he’s someone you probably already follow: the admin behind the well-known Instagram page @thekane, filled with Mongolian poetry, quotes, and emotional reflections. We kicked things off talking about his childhood and high school days, and from there, we went deep into something I’ve never explored before on the pod — his experience in the army. He shared the ups, the downs, and how it really felt, mentally and emotionally. That led us into one of my favorite parts of the conversation: men’s mental health — why so many guys stay quiet, and what it takes to actually open up. We also got into relationships, women, love, breakups — all the messy and meaningful stuff. And of course, I asked about the heart behind @thekane — why he started the page, what the quotes mean to him, and what he hopes people feel when they read his words. It’s honest, vulnerable, and a rare kind of male voice that we don’t hear enough. tap in — it’s a convo that’ll stay with you.
