Thank you so much for all. I’m turning 78 tomorrow the 7th of January n have heard of fasting a long time ago. Didn’t listen but now-I Am! I just started about 3 weeks n bought your book-‘Fast like a Girl! Love it. It’s hard for me up see as I have MD but glasses help and I’m praying Fasting will at least keep me Sering. We have wonderful bodies we just need to learn how it Functions n how to make it work, correctly! Thank You for your care-your positive influence n Help! Lacreta Zyla.

Walking/Rucking

I agree that walking had been so underrated. I disagree regarding rucking, however. As a lifetime runner, I learned how every extra lb of body weight added so many more lbs of pressure on my feet and joints. In my opinion, we just can’t seem to accept that even a casual walk can do so much good for us, and our runner/athlete mentality always looks for ways to make it harder. Just enjoy the walk and be gentler on your joints.
