Michael Muser hosts an excellent and entertaining podcast. As a friend, I’m always amazed at his excellent way of combining an intelligent and dynamic sense of humor with a level of insight unlike anyone very few that I’ve ever met-which makes for a great podcast!!
There’s a sense of theatricality in his approach to being host of this podcast with Pat that allows for excellent guests like John Shields and so many others to stop by.
Highly recommend, 3 Michelin stars to this very fun listen.

There is nothing like Amuzed: the owner of a Michelin-starred restaurant, who is crazy in all the best ways, talking the reality of the restaurant biz, life during COVID, life as a (fairly) new Dad, aliens and whatever else comes to mind with his (not dissimilar) buddy and the occasional guest from the food world, or other worlds that interest him. I started listening for the insights into the restaurant world but honestly, some of the very best have just been about the emotional Autobahn of being a Dad. Nearly always interesting, very often hilarious, and sometimes very moving. This is what podcasting is all about!
