John Sutherland shines a light not only on the daily nature of police work, but also on the struggle for mental health. Anyone who has experienced trauma, anxiety, stress or depression will think: Since this intelligent, insightful, responsible and witty gentleman suffered a mental breakdown and found his way back, then perhaps my own battle is not lost.
