On this episode of Agency Nation Radio, we meet Ashley Stafford, insurance advisor, Williams Insurance Agency in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Stafford was laid off from a logistics company during the coronavirus pandemic. After a friend posted a vacancy at Williams Insurance Agency, she jumped headfirst into all the opportunities an insurance career has to offer, quickly advancing from a customer service role into an advisory role. Drawing on her experiences in other customer service positions, as well as acting aspirations that included being an extra in HBO's “John Adams" miniseries, Stafford always strives to “turn challenges into opportunities and prioritize exceptional customer service," she says. In her short insurance career, Stafford has acquired the certified professional insurance agent (CPIA) designation and was recognized as a 2023 Young Agent Mover and Shaker by Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B). Now, she's looking forward to continuing her dedication to customer service and spreading the word about career opportunities in insurance.
