Abiola has help me to grow, forgive, and accept myself! My first thought was who is this loud woman 🤣🤣🤣 (I’m sensitive to sounds; it’s the empath in me), but I absolutely feel in love with the energy she exudes! Since finding her in the podcasts, I’ve actually started tuning in live on Sundays. I get recharged EVERY TIME I turn in for Goddess Temple Sundays on Facebook.

I have had a lot of changes happen recently with moving, a new job, navigating relationships as well and it has been a lot. I have been searching for a podcast that would help navigate my thoughts and emotions to my higher self and this podcast has helped! Every topic always resonates and I feel so much higher after every listen. The amount of love and positivity felt through each episode is truly a gift. It has helped me in so many ways, thank you truly.
