Ridiculous

Most recent episode gives high praise to a French study forced to terminate due to high rates of bradycardia and asystole after running Precedex at up to 1.4 mcg/kg/hr. They then discuss why opioid free anesthesia is fraught with adverse events. Please. Whatever did you think would happen after running Precedex at those rates I should make a study with patients on a fentanyl infusion so I can show the pitfalls of balanced anesthesia.
Needs work

I don’t think it would take much more effort to approach this as if your talking to someone, because you are. The format of the interviewer and/or the reviewer of the studies in which the speaker is simply reading from a script is hard to listen to.
